Access
As a monthly member of the Lift Off Downtown utilizing either Shared Work Space or a private office, you have 24/7 access to the building. Last one out, lock the door. Never give your key to anyone else.
All Shared Work Space memberships include:
Rate: $50/month or $10/day
- A productive, enjoyable place to work 24/7.
- Internet, tables/desks, power and coffee.
- Access to copier/printer for first 500 copies monthly.
- Participation in social and learning events.
- Access to on-site no-cost one-on-one consulting with Illinois SBDC at DACC
- Opportunities to host events of your own, including classes and workshops.
- The use of our drop-in and reservable conference room and gathering spaces.
Private Office Members (in addition to the above!)
Rate: $300/month or $25/day if available
- Private office members may be assigned a shared voice mailbox if requested.
- Private office members have their own lockable offices.
Payments
Your daily or monthly membership fees to Lift Off Downtown will be charged through www.cozy.co. You will receive an email inviting you to sign up and set up you method of payment.
Parking
Parking on Vermilion St. is 2-hour free parking. Parking along Harrison St. or in the lots on Hazel St. or Walnut St. is not limited. Please, remember you want your customers to be able to park nearby and so do other business people in the downtown.
